schedule | dfw portrait photographer

when is the last time you had your family portraits taken??  right now is the perfect time!  the weather has finally cooled down + the holidays are right around the corner.  what makes a better gift than an album or gallery wrapped canvas for those gushing new grandparents?  and i promise you'll wow your family + friends with one of the most gorgeous christmas cards they'll see this holiday season! my fall schedule is booking up quickly + you'll want to be sure to book now before it's too late.   i prefer to have my fall sessions wrapped up by mid-november to ensure that you receive your products in time for the holidays.

SCHEDULE UPDATE: october 22nd just opened up.  if anyone is interested in scooping it up, be sure to contact me asap.  if there is enough interest, i may consider offering a couple of mini sessions that day.

oh taryn, my beautiful niece!  she has the most gorgeous, big blue eyes...does she not?  this summer, the girls + i ventured back to my hometown in canada to visit my family + these are a few of my favorite shots i took of my 10 year old niece during the three weeks while we were there.  can you tell i'm playing catch up from the summer?!  my poor blog has been neglected.  be on the lookout for more pics from canada, cabo, and maybe even a little instagam collage, which is my latest obsession!  but for now, you get to stare at these pretty blue eyes.... click here to book a session with me!

party | fort worth child photographer

i can't tell you how glad i am to have lauren's birthday party behind me!  as much as i love planning these shindigs, i think i dread them just as much. haha!  i tend to go a little overboard sometimes + also have a bad habit of leaving everything until the last minute.  but we couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous day + we got to spend it with some really great people!  i stalked the 10 day weather forecast, and i believe it changed on a daily basis, causing my stress-level to go through the roof.  on the day of the party, the weather couldn't decide what it wanted to do, but it ended up turning out to be gorgeous!  as you can see in the photos, the kids enjoyed sno cones, popsicles, jello, swimming, water balloons, the bounce house, the swing set + much more!  we had BBQ for everyone, enough to feed an army!  thanks to all who came to celebrate our sweet girl turning two!
